We do not undertake bike restorations.
If your bike is really old, deteriorated, rusty… then we likely won’t take it on.

We do not service converted E-Bikes.
While we love E-bikes, if you’ve had your old bike converted with a bolt on battery and motor kit, then your best option is to take it back to whoever undertook the conversion.

We do not service your wonderfully weird bike that was designed by someone wanting to reinvent the wheel.
If your drivetrain is literally made of string, contains an eccentric gearbox or your frame is made of wood, then we definitely won’t take it on. Please contact the shop you purchased it from.
