At Upper Mountain Bikes, we offer bike collection and delivery to make servicing your bike as convenient as possible. Our charges are specific to your suburb and reflect the time and resources required for these services.

Why isn’t it just one flat rate fee?

Because that is unfair to customers that are close to us, or is unfair to us when we need to travel further. We always strive for transparency and fairness- The charges reflect the actual time and resources used and are also representative of the time you have saved by not having to transport your bike to us.

Each collection or delivery involves:

• Travel to your door and back to our workshop

• Bike handover and discussion with you about issues, repairs, upgrades etc

• Vehicle & business expenses

Current Collection & Delivery Charges

• Blackheath: $25

• Mt Victoria: $30

• Medlow Bath: $40

• Katoomba: $50

• Leura: $60

• Wentworth Falls: $70

• Bullaburra: $80

• Lawson: $95

• Hazelbrook: $105

These charges apply per trip (either collection or delivery). If you’d prefer to do the heavy lifting you are welcome to bring your bike to us at a prearranged time.
